Appointments & Fees

Standard consultations are 50-minutes in duration, at a time and frequency agreed upon after the initial assessment stage. Extended consultations of 80-minutes are sometimes also offered as well, depending on the type of therapy and specific agenda. It is best practice that the scheduled appointment time is consistent and regular, as this provides a sense of reliability and continuity that is essential in effective psychotherapy.

Individual Therapy Sessions are $240 per 50-minute session, or $335 per 80-minute session.

The recommended fee from the Australian Psychological Society is $300 for a standard 50 minute appointment. I aim to provide accessible and affordable services lower than the current APS recommended fee.

Please contact me to organise an appointment or to discuss any questions or concerns.
